Blog 14-Shooting diaries

This is my groups shooting diaries After each shoot we wrote down the date of the shoot and how the shoot went in general. We listed any problems that we had, what shots we did, how the crew worked together and what went well and what went badly. We did this so that we could look back on it and change certain things that didn't work in the next shoot and also..... Shooting script: Underneath is an example of our shooting script. We made a few pages but this is just an example that shows how we set it out and what sort of things we wrote down. For example, the shot number, shot type, description of the action, camera movement/direction and what each take showed and how each take went (good or bad etc). A shooting script is used when filming. It enables you to set up a schedule for the day of filming including a list of shots that you intend to film. It saves time when editing the shots as you only need to capture back the good footage/good takes.
