Blog 13-Shooting schedule

This is our call sheet:

A call sheet is a list of everyone working on the film/music video/project with their contact information included, such as, mobile numbers and email adress's. This enables you to contact all the people if you need to . The call sheet should include the names of the actors, directors, tutors, technicions, equipment suplliers, prop suppliers, transport and any crew. The call sheet is also a very important document to have as it saves you time and allows you to contact anyone involved at short notice. We carried the call sheet around with us on every shoot and meetings we had. We made the call sheet as soon as we knew what video we were going to make and what actors we were going to use as to make sure we were organised from the very start of out project and the inital ideas.

This is our shooting schedule: Once we had decided on the story/concept of our music video, we worked out where and when we needed to get things done by and what our shots will contain each time. We needed to decide when to book to equipment out for, when the crew was free to work and the days we wanted to film on. We kept it with us on every shoot as it helped us keep track of what we were meant to be doing and also enabled us to finish for our deadline. It also helped us out as we could delegact tasks to indivdual people working on our project such as doing the story board, organising costumes and getting the equipment.

This our shooting schedule music video sheet. This is a schedule plan thats from 3rd january (start of the project) to the 4th april. Its a week by week plan where in each week, we wrote down what needed to be done and when it should be completed by, also who is resposible for that certain task. This was good to have with us at all times in the group as it gave us a plan and made us more organised.
